Clinics & Camps
Our clinic systems have been subdivided into curriculums. Each full clinic (7 hours) is made up of 2, sometimes 3 curriculums (outlined in each one below). Our system is built on high percentage positions and situations that create the highest percentage of scoring and putting devastating pressure on our opponents. Every opponent provides a learning opportunity and we have formulated these scoring systems based on coaching thousands of matches, as well as national class and world class match analysis. We essentialize each curriculum to provide maximum training efficiency so that each wrestler walks away from our clinics and camps with new habits built. Over time those habits become instinct with the goal of creating proactive wrestlers who can “feel” wrestle instead of “think” wrestle.
Handfighting & Setups Clinic

Always Escape (Under Stress)

6PM – 9PM (May 24 the time will be 2:30 to 5:30 PM)
Featuring our Change-over/Stand-up Curriculum and Quadpod Curriculum on Day 1. Day 2 will be a review, then application of the techniques learned under stress.
